Lose Weight
To lose weight, all you
need do is eat less. The most telling graphic example of this are the photos of
the Holocaust survivors when liberated, and those who perished. They are
all thin. Instead of supersizing your portions as all low cost, family style
restaurants and fast food eateries do, eat half of what they pile on your plate,
take the leftovers home and make yet another meal of them. Whatever happened to
doggie bags? We have gotten into the habit of eating more and more and
exercising less and less. Too much time watching TV, on the computer and other
sedentary interests And that’s why we are gaining more and more weight. If you
were of the conspiracy theory minded you might say that the clothing
manufacturers got together with the food purveyors and decided to increase
restaurant food portions and sell more, new, larger sized clothing. The quality
of food also affects your weight. Excess calories that are not burned off by
exercise result in more fat added to the body. Trans fats, animal fats,
saturated fats all help the gain in girth .and put a greater strain on your
heart. Where did “beer Belly” come from? Too much beer. Forget lite beer, you
merely end up drinking more of it. The same goes for light cigarettes. Never
